"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make sugar cookies. So after a couple of minutes you should have a consistency that looks like fluffy sugar butter. You want to make sure there is not sugar granules on the side of your bowl like that, that means the sugar didn't get mixed in. Make sure you stir all the way to the bottom to get it all it looks like we are ready to go. It is also important that you don't over work this to the point where the butter starts melting cause it gets kind of gross and runny. So we are going to take our creamed butter and sugar here we are going to add our vanilla in and our eggs. Cold eggs work better than warm eggs because cold eggs stay together a little better when it comes to breaking them out. All we are going to do now is just you want to break up your egg yolks and mix this all together until it is one nice uniform even color. "
