"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make sugar cookies. So I'm back with my softened butter, my sugar and large bowl and a spoon. You can use the same spoon that you used earlier, it doesn't matter it's just flour on it cause it's all going together here in a minute. So we're just going to dump all of our sugar in here and you want to be careful with your butter because it is going to be very mushy and soft, you'll make a mess probably. Any butter that sticks you want to make sure that you get that out because if you lost two ounces in every or an ounce in every one at the end you'll be short of four ounce butter. You want to make sure that you use, I used salted butter for this I don't have to put any salt in the recipe but if you're using unsalted butter make note of it. Because you might to need to put a pinch or two of salt. So what we are going to do now is we're going to take our sugar and our butter which makes for a wonder combination and we are going to stir it together until it reaches a nice pasty consistency. "
