"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make sugar cookies. With regards to equipment there is not a whole lot that you need for this kind of like the ingredients. Start off with a small mixing bowl something small something that is bigger than my fist this is what we are going to use to make our ingredients separate. We also need a large mixing bowl something larger than the other one these are designed specifically for baking. They have a little handle on them and stuff and a little spout you don't have to have something quite this fancy, these are just the ones that I use. You can use a glass bowl or like an aluminum bowl or whatever you got a stainless steel bow. I also got a baking sheet this is 12 X 17 non stick baking sheet this is pretty much a standard size something like this would be great. You can probably get about 12 -15 cookies on here depending on how big we cut them and what shapes we cut them in. I recommend going on something that is nice and heavy the thin ones tends to burn stuff really easy and I really hate to say it. But go with a brand name on these cause the thin ones will also warp when you heat them up and cool them off. Lastly a rolling pin you notice how this one kind of looks funny compared to the rolling pins your usually use to seeing, it is actually a Teflon coated rolling pin. This will actually keep the dough from sticking to it I highly recommend it, they are about ten bucks. So it is really no expensive than a regular rolling pin, rolling pin Teflon coated. Your also going to need a 350 oven and a cutting board to this so with that let's get started."
