"Hi, I'm Gary for Expert Village. So once we've taken them out of the stocking, we're going to go ahead and dry them off. We don't have to worry that the image, the dye is going to run into the imprint because the dye, once it's cooled and once it's dried, the dye is in the shell, so it really isn't going to ruin the imprint that we made by rubbing it or doing anything like that. So we're going to, once they're dried and cooled off, we're going to take some regular oil, cooking oil and very, very lightly coat the eggs with a piece of cotton. This is going to protect the image and also give it a really nice shine as we see and we'll kind of finish off the project by being able to place the eggs in a nice decorative basket, maybe surrounded by different color straw. Or just to place them on an individual stand as a decoration. This will give it a really nice shine, it will also soak into the egg and it will kind of, the egg has the effect of when the color touches it, it gives it, it kind of dulls the color a little bit as it absorbs into the shell. So this really brings out the shine by placing a light coating of oil all around and it's a nice way to finish the project to make the work that you did really stand out."
