So what we're going to pay attention to now is the abdominal area. Core strength is probably the most important strength of area in any athlete in any sport anywhere. So, what we're going to start off with is bicycle kicks. So, what Steve's going to do is he's going to lay back and he's just going to emulate riding a bike. And this will not only help his lower abs, but it's also going to help the groin area that we talked about keeping loose. It's going to help the hip area and what he's doing is he's putting his hands under so it's going to keep his back flat and it's just going to keep him from moving around. Sometimes you can do it with the hands behind the head, but I think a lot of people will find that this is probably the more comfortable of the position. He's getting a good range of motion with his knees. He's not just slopping out from below the knee with his shins and calves and he's keeping his feet off the ground. Go ahead and rest for a minute. And this is the area that it's going to hit. It's going to hit the lower, upper, upper groin area, lower abs. So go ahead and hit it one more time. Good range of motion and it's just like he's riding a bike. So, I'll end it out with five, four, three, two, one. Bicycle kicks. Excellent source for the lower abs.
