"So some of the exercises and stretches you can do by yourself and then some there's going to be partner stretches, this is one of them. And what we're going to do is stretch out his pecks and the biceps. So what we're going to do is, we'll turn Steve to the side and we'll lift his arms up and we'll pull them back slightly so each person it's going to vary so you don't just want to start out and really pushing back, but as he feels better or as he feels it is getting to tight, he'll let me know. I can also raise up a little bit, and I can also just pull in a little bit and just the slight variance of the angles will let us know exactly where he's comfortable and where he's going to be too tight. And where we might need to just ease off a little bit. And some places he'll be able to pull in a little bit more, so I'll go ahead and raise it up just a touch. And in any area your really want to make sure your checking with your partner and don't do it for too long. So we'll let him get stretch out. If he feels loose, once again it's going to hit his pecks, bicep, the shoulders all these good areas so we'll go ahead and do it one more time. And I'll go easily and if Steve has any, has any area that is too tight or if he feels i am going to far, he'll definitely let me know. But it is my responsibility not to pull him to far. That's just the responsibility of having good partners when your stretching."
