"Now a great piece of the body is the traps, and he's already done his neck roll, so he's warmed up. So what we're gong to do is, we're going to do some shrugs. Now shrugs is an exercise that can be done with weights, but it doesn't have to be. So, we'll go ahead and just do some rolling shrugs first, where he's rotating the shoulders forward, he's bringing them back, and bringing them forward again and he's trying to get as much range of motion with that as possible, and this is a great way to warm up the shoulders, the back, all sorts of areas of the major muscle groups in the upper body. He can do this ten times. Go ahead and do it backwards as well, reverses his range of motion. It really gets everything going and he's going to be ready. Now what we can also do, is just a straight up and down shrug. Now Steve is going to try and put his shoulder into his ear, and this is really what will build up this area. It's important to strengthen it. You really want to be able to support the head, the neck, you don't want these to be weakened areas, especially in the shoulders. A lot of people have shoulder problems and what you really want to do, is make sure that your body is warm and this is also doing a little bit of building too, and like I said, you can do this with weights, but you don't necessarily have to. It's just a great way to get going. "
