"What we're going to move now on is to the wrist. The wrist, the forearms. What we're going to do is wrist curls. Steve's just going to make a gentle fist. Just roll them around slowly. It doesn't have to be anything fast, doesn't have to be anything strenuous. Once again, it's just something that each person is going to have to find at their own level. You can reverse, his field of motion. Once again, just easy curls. He doesn't have to do anything strenuous. You don't need to hold weights for anything like this. You can do it, why don't you turn them over? There you go. And the count is always going to depend on you, but, once again, I recommend a 10-count. It's a nice, easy number. You can also do something just as simple as just up and down like this. And it really will work through here, get your forearms loosened up, get your wrists ready. And again, this is for, especially in a contact sport and a sport where a grip or anything like that is important, you really want to make sure that every form and fashion of your body is warmed up. And this is just a great way to get the wrist going."
