"O'kay we are going to get a little bit crazy now but he is capable of handling it and what Steve is going to do is this is, you will see a lot of wrestlers, a lot of UFC fighters and they will do this standing jump and it really gets everything warmed up so go ahead and hit some of those. He is starting off low and then he is really just going to start to explode off the ground, gets everything ready. Good job, go ahead and stand out for a minute. What he is doing is he is exploding with the calves and it is just a great exercise to get everything moving, everything off the ground, everything warmed up. This is really when you are feeling it when you are really ready to go. So let's do a couple more and this clearly is not one of these things that you just want to come out and just step off the couch and try. You want to make sure that you have warmed yourself up and it is great to start off even at a lower level for a guy like Steve who is a good athlete. He doesn't want to come out and just start cranking away at them. Even once he has warmed himself up his first few are not as high as he would like them to be but that is okay as well so he is going to just try a couple lower ones, there you go, and then build yourself up, there you go. And that is a great natural way to progress and get himself warmed up. "
