"Okay what we are going to move on to now is just a simple jumping jack. It is a great all around. It helps the calves, it is going to help his range of motion, it is a stretching exercise as well so go ahead and knock a few out for us. You see he is getting his hands over his head. He is jumping from a spread back to his feet together in nice controlled movements. He is not jerking himself around or anything like that. It is not an exercise where you want to jump too far out because you don't really want to stress or possibly tear anything in the legs or the groin area. He has got a nice controlled movement and this is something that you can do in reps of 10 to 20 and you can probably do 3 or 4 sets of it as well. We will go ahead and have you take a break on there. Once again this is like hopping that Steve was doing before. It replaces the jump rope and again let's go ahead and hit a few more. One, two, three, four. Again it is very controlled movement. It is a great way to stay in physical condition. It is an exercise that has lasted through many generations so I would recommend it and it is a good source of cardio as well. "
