"Ok. We're going to have Steve go ahead and do some lunges. These are just going to start out easy and this is just down and up. And, what he's doing is he's taking his foot and bringing up right there and resetting himself. A lot of people don't necessarily need to do that. But, for the beginners it's a good way to reset your balance so you're not forcing yourself into an exercise that you're not too familiar with. When you come back, go ahead and just roll all the way through it. This is a little bit more advanced. And, he's pumping his arms and he's keeping his balance just like he would be if he was running. Very nice. We're going to try reverse lunges. And, this one requires a little bit more balance. And, again he can take that resetting step. Backwards and reset. Backwards and reset. Backwards and reset. This one is a little bit more difficult as you can tell. Just because, it requires the balance. Go ahead and let's try that one more time. And, we're shortening down the range and the amount of lunges that he's doing back and forth. But, you can stretch it out to ten yards if you like. And, we've just put it at a short amount right here. But, it's a good exercise. I'm sure he's feeling it in his quads and his hamstrings right now. And, so we'll move on to the next."
