Video Transcript

"What we are going to do is we are going to go on to some cardio and what we are specifically going to do is we are going to do some hopping so now that he is pretty much warmed up he might be waiting for his wrestling match or for his time to get on the field so he is just going to hop, he's just going to hop. This is a great way and it is similar to jump roping but if you don't have a jump rope or you don't have the area to jump rope, might be a low area or people standing around you, you can just do this in a crowd of people, you can do this while you are waiting on the sidelines, you can do this in a variety of ways. You can twist the torso as well and it just keeps you loose. It keeps everything loose, it keeps the calves warm it keeps everything going, helps you break the sweat and it helps you to stay warm so you can keep yourself hydrated and to kind of give yourself a game feeling even when you are not in the game so the simulation is not going to be quite the same as the actual fallout intensity of competition but this is something that will at least not allow you to walk into the field of competition and be completely ice cold. He is just going to hop and he is going to take his time. It is an easy thing to do and you just stick with it until the coach calls your name and then you are ready to rock. "
