"Now striders are a natural exercise I like to use for a warm up for anything. And what it does is it covers maybe fifty to maybe a hundred meters and really gives you a chance to kind of concentrate on your form, work on your arm swing and actually improve on your form. So Steve, come on down. And what he's doing. He's just over exaggerating a little bit and he's really getting a good turnover. And we'll go ahead and run it back. And each strider you can increase your rate of speed. So when he comes back we'll have him turn it into more of a realistic run to where he's really turning over. Now what you're going to do this time is you're going to come back a little bit faster and treat it more like a run. So now, now that he's kind of worked on his form now he's really top ending and turning over on his speed. We'll go ahead and go through that one more time. And you can vary your range. You can vary the distance. You can vary your form. And you really want to make sure that what you're doing is with your form you can work on kicking your feet out in front. You could work on really the rotation of your feet, your foot speed. But you want to keep solid and you want to make sure that you're always on line and you're running a straight line. Good job Steve."
