"So, we're at a point where we're clearly warmed up now, and I think what we'll do now, is we'll move on to something that's a little bit more vigorous, but it's still something you can do at every level, and it's something that I have women and children do at the camps, so what we're going to do is we're going to have Steve start out, and actually what you're going to do Steve, you're going to face me, and so what you do is you're going to take off to a particular side out of that stance, so he's going to run from one cone, all the way to the next, and then he's going to sprint back through. We'll go through it half speed right now, so go ahead and you pick the side and you just take off, so boom, there he goes all the way through, and back to the middle. Now usually, for all intensive purposes, we've condensed down this cone drill, but a lot of time the shuttle drills will have an extended amount of yardage between the cones, but let's go ahead and go through this full speed, and again, he's picking one cone, he's coming all the way through, and then he's sprinting back all the way through, and usually you'll do this for time, and this is what you'll see a lot of football combines do, so let's go through it one more time, and that's your shuttle drill."
