"Okay we are going to stay at I would say an advanced level so what we are going to do is walking and it is not anything you would want to do quickly and it is nothing you would want to start out and try to be radical with as well. What we are going to do is Steve is going to start out and he is going to take hand to foot the opposite. Go ahead and walk through that and this you really can feel and you will feel it in your hamstrings and you want to make sure, go ahead and come back, that you are properly warmed up when you are doing an exercise like this. This is one of those things that if you come out and try and do it on a cold muscle you can definitely hurt yourself doing it so once again he has been hydrated and he has been drinking his water through his warm up, through his stretching so this is one of those things. It is a motion exercise but at the same time you are stretching so he wants to go through it gingerly and he wants to go through it at his range of motion and at his pace. A lot of people will have different flexibility and your hand level, every time you want to may be try to increase it. So these are the new goals that you are setting for yourself. So each time you may start out down here, he may start out down here but wherever he was the last time he wants to make sure that he tries to advance on that just a touch more so go ahead and we'll just go through to the cone one last time."
