Video Transcript

"Okay what we are going to do now is we are going to touch on the high knee drills. It is very common and very basic and what Steve is going to do is he is going to go from cone to cone in a designated area and he is really just going to pump his knees exaggerated form with the arms. Go ahead and demonstrate. See he can go at this rate now because he is warmed up so go ahead and come back and what he has done is in a short amount of time he has got as many repetitions s possible so go ahead and do it like you are just running and so you see he has covered more ground. Go ahead and come back and do that and what you really want to do is make sure, that this is not a race but you want to make sure you get as many repetitions because again this is still warming up and this is still your work out. Go ahead one more time, you want to make sure that you are getting as many repetitions in around the cones as possible rather than just trying to cover the ground in as quick amount of time. So as you can see he has got as many repetitions in between the cones as possible which is the key and the cornerstone of the actual work out. It is not a race he wants to make sure he gets his warm up in full and that is through getting as many repetitions as possible."
