"Hi, my name is Virgil Black and I'm here at Ramp Riders Skate Park on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'm going to explain you a little bit about safety as you can see I am wearing a helmet and if you can't tell I'm actually wearing knee pads. It definitely helps when you are doing a lot of these little grinds and it can result in a little of an injury. So you definitely want to play it safe and get your gear protection definitely with this ice pick grind it can be used, kind of hazardous once again with the loop out what they call it. It would be the peg watching out of your back end as such or your actual drag, which will cause you to flip over the bars. Stick a little bit and it kind of throws your front end down sometimes it's a little connection with the front peg or maybe you miss everything all together and come straight down on the front wheel. Basically the flipping motion would be basically you are going to far over your front end actually gaining your balance and you just keep going over your balance point and basically going over the bars, it's very hazardous.
