One more exercise with this incorporates the reverse lunge again but this time, working more on the latissimus dorsi. So there's a very common exercise we do in the fitness business called "Lat Pulldown." This exercise, pulling down, do the same thing here, incorporating a reverse lunge. You know, it would look like this, alternating like one side to the other. I'm hinging forward slightly at the waist."
