"WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of SedonaFit, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. This next exercise is one that I call "Big Bird" because it's like flying. As I fly, I'm going to take the handles. I'm actually going to do a reverse lunge and I'm going to come down and hinge forward even more at my waist. So as I'm starting this process, I'm involving my latissimus dorsi under here, my shoulders, and as I come down and because I'm changing the angle, I'm finishing with my chest, and again with balance. So I do this a couple of ways. One--the first one is the one that I just showed you, which is to alternate sides so I'll do this, coming down like this into the reverse lunge, bending forward as I'm finishing."
