"WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of SedonaFit, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is related to the previous one, which was the triceps extension with the palms down with no foot movement. Well, with this one we're going to incorporate some movement again to work on balance, incorporate the lower body. I'm also going to take the handles with the reverse grip that I had last time so my palms are facing the sky so it will help my grip also and my forearms. Then I'm going to do a reverse lunge with this again keeping my elbows right at my sides with the reverse lunge, so it looks like this, and I'm tilting forward slightly at the waist but I'm not bending over with my back, I'm tilting forward slightly--or tilting at my waist. Again, my elbows are staying right by my side working on balance, working on lower body, working on my triceps."
