"WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of SedonaFit, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is a variation of this and the last one we called the woodchop or chop, this is called a hop and chop and it requires more balance again. I'm going to be going back and forth and the way that it's going to work is that if I'm starting from this point, as I move my hands up, I'm going to step over to the right or to my left, excuse me, and then as I follow to bring my right foot over beside it so it becomes one smooth movement like this. I'm working on balance and endurance."
