"WALLIE REULE: Hi my name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of Sedona Fit and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The third station on the Kinesis System is the gamma station. With this one again, handles, continuous loop, come down, so the resistance is actually pulling down. There are series of exercises that you can do with this one. I'll demonstrate about six of these. The first one is an exercise where I'm going to bring my arms down by my chest and it's similar to one of the exercises that we did on the alpha station which is a chest press except that this is decline chest press which means it's going down at 45-degree angle, and I'm doing it along with forward lunge, and I'm going to be alternating my legs which is going to look like this. And as with all of these exercises we're going to deal with this with time. I'm not putting so much weight on it that I'm struggling with it or that my form is getting bad. I'm going to do this for 45 to 60 seconds before I switch to the next exercise."
