"WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of Sedona Fit, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise is one of my favorites. It really uses the hips a lot and it also really focuses on balance and the upper back as well, and I'm going to be taking both handles with my palms facing each other, and I'm going to be starting in a very low lunging position like this, and as I move forward, I'm going to do an up, roll with my upper body, and bring my foot up like this, and then come back down. Now, for most people with exercising, they think about where they're going to start and where they're going to end. So new people in particular would do a lot of this, "Okay, I'll start in here and I end in here," so it's something that looks like this, which is not right. This is a great exercise in focusing on the whole experience. So, starting down here, I'm going to roll up like this, and I should be able to stop at any time. Stop now, and putting my foot down. It should be a conscious decision of putting it down here now, and up, and down, under control the whole time, working on my balance, working on my glutes, working on my back."
