"WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of Sedona Fit, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Another variation of that exercise is to use both handles at the same time. So, each side carries its own weight. It will look like this. Again, a lateral lunge so when I'm going to the side, I'm coming to this side, this arm, my right arm, I'm working more of my shoulder here. This arm, more of my chest and I'm still using my core. And I can do them like this, same direction like I did with the last one, and I'm changing, or I can alternate them both. Touch one side then the other, one side then the other. And if you're a golfer, this is a very good way to increase the distance on your drives, assuming you can hit the ball. You still have to hit ball well, but it does give you the strength to drive the ball further than you have before."
