"So next exercise, you can do it in a couple of different ways, but this next exercise is also to strengthen your ability to rotate the body so it does work your oblique muscles here. It works the rotator muscles in your back, and really your abdominals too, your whole core. Again, it also incorporates other muscles in your arms and shoulders. This is like a golf swing and you can do this with one handle. This is and arms stay straight, and it's like swinging a golf club. I'm incorporating the lateral lunge with that, so it looks like this, and back, up and back, up. My arms stay straight so that my torso and shoulders are doing the work. I'm not doing this. That would defeat the purpose of this exercise, so arms stay straight, then the same thing in the other direction. You could see that, again, I'm hinging forward, slightly at the waist. I'm not bending over like this; hinging at the waist and coming up."
