"WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of SedonaFit, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next exercise incorporates a fencer's lunge, which is this lunge, with the upper body row, with the elbow held higher, and with one arm and extend it with the other and we're going to be alternating with this. So with the upper body--this arm, you're going to be doing, again, working on the rhomboids, posterior deltoids, my biceps, and, again, it's great for balance and movement. We're going to be alternating with this, and the reason why they call it the "bow and arrow" is because it looks like this, like I'm pulling back a longbow to shoot. I'm alternating, shooting at a 45-degree angle on each side. Again, working on balance, working on form."
