"WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of SedonaFit, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. This next exercise is primarily for the upper back, but as with all exercises, it's also going to work on my balance, it's going to work on flexibility, it's going to work on my lower back, my glutes, my arms. And with this one, I'm going to cross my hands like this, facing the unit, again starting with a squat position, and I'm going to do a reverse lunge while doing a reverse fly. It looks like this. And you can see that I'm keeping my body erect, straight up. I'm not bending over like this, I'm not pulling back like this, it's under control the whole time. So this is how I work on my balance, just continuing like this. This is about movement, this is a celebration of movement. It's about continuing the same thing and it's not about the weight. Resistance is important, but it's not about how much you can do; it's about how well you do it. Okay."
