"WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of SedonaFit, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Additional moves that can be incorporated with this would be an active lunge. Forward and perhaps alternating legs, forward and back, forward and back. If I want to make it even more interesting, I can take two steps forward into the crane, back, two steps forward, crane with the other side, and back. So now, I'm working more on balance, I'm working more on movement, and I'm still exercising my chest, doing the chest press to shoulders, the triceps, releasing everything."
