"WALLY REULE: Hi! My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer on our SedonaFit and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. This next exercise incorporates again the stability ball putting myself in a position where I'm not stable and correcting that. This is a shoulder press and like what we've done with some other exercises, my hands are beside my head here with the weights, I'm going to arch up like this and back down, exercising my shoulders, my neck is in neutral position, I'm sitting erect, my stomach is pulled in, my core is engaged and I'm overhead. I'm not coming down like this, I'm not turning them like this, keeping them like this and overhead, breathing out as I'm pushing up and that's it for that."
