"WALLY REULE: Hi. My name is Wally Reule. I'm a personal trainer, owner of SedonaFit, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. With this exercise, I have both of the pulleys at the lowest position, I have very simple handles on them and this is going to be an exercise for the chest primarily, very similar to what we did over there for the pectoralis except this is with more resistance. And I'll just sit on the bench here, which I have at an incline, at an angle up, take both of these handles, make sure I've got the right weight on, which I don't think I do, the same weight for both sides, we lean back and just going to come forward like this. This exercise is called the fly, exercising primarily my chest. Another variation of this is actually to come like this and then I'll integrate more exercise with my triceps but it's still primarily for my chest. So a couple of variations of the same exercise or you can just mix it up if you'd like to do it that, alternate."
