"I'm Wayne Villeneuve, Fourth Degree Certified Instructor for Expert Village. Here's a formal sequence that you can practice as a moving meditation, as well as for self-defense. The next sequence begins with a left grab, place your right hand on your fist and twist outward with the left foot and hand. Next, perform a right front kick, setting your right front down slightly forward, shift the weight to that leg and perform a right chop, followed by a left front kick. Notice the hand position. Step back to a cover. Once again, grab left, the hand on the fist, turning outward with a left foot and hand. Adjust and kick right. Set that foot down. Chop right, and then kick left. Set that foot straight down and step back into a cover. Here's the practical application: Grab with the left, twist outward with the left foot and hands, kick right, chop right, and then kick left."
