"I'm Wayne Villeneuve, Fourth Degree Certified Instructor for Expert Village. Here is a formal sequence that you can practice as a moving meditation as well as for self-defense. Breathe out as you lift both hands into a right front kick, set that foot straight down, adjust your hands and kick left. Watch the footwork. As we kick right, set that foot straight down, slightly to the rear. After your left kick, place your left foot down so that your feet form a 90 degree angle. Take a deep breath and exhale as you lift both hands and do a right front kick. Step straight down and kick left, left hand high and your right hand low."
