"The 3rd version of the slide down is to allow your body to go back then the other two slides. This means you have to have more flexibility in your back, more strength in your neck, more strength in your abs and more confidence in yourself that you can have your head fall back. I would demonstrate this one for you. Here is your low arm, this arm is going to have all of your body weight. There is your 45 degree, now you are going to let your head go back first. Let hand hit and then your head, then your back then the lower back and you are done with the mood. I would do it for you one more time. Here is the arm that has all the weight, there is your 45 degree angle, going down with your back and let your head hit, your shoulder and your lower back and then your butt. This moves take a little bit of strength and a lot of confident but you can do it though. "
