"Lean back with one hand is a little bit more difficult. You need a little bit more confident and a little bit more strength. Basically you are going to keep one arm and let the other arm fall in the lines of your body or go over your head. However theoretically, you are in and however theoretically you are comfortable being it is up to. Here is my low arm, no high arm this time there is your 45 degree. Here is what you do with your other arm. Low arm, no high arm this time, swing your body in a 45 degree and just drop yourself to the ground. Sometimes this can be a little bit easier if you tuck one leg in. I find it easier to tuck one leg in. There is my 45; it just helps me up and slide right down. Don't feel that you can do your foot tuck though that is my preference. "
