"So your second hand placement for this move is critical. You are going to be closer into the pole but not so close so you need a little bit more strength in your biceps and your triceps in order to keep your body certain distance away from the pole. If you saw what I did other fireman moves my body was pretty far away from the pole. Building up your strength to keep the distance between your body and the pole. This fireman move requires that little bit closer to the pole but still not so close that you crash into it. So the second hand placement is very important I find that it is a little bit lower than the other 2 positions, the first position your hand sort of stays up a little bit higher position. The advance however comes in a little bit closer to your body less like this more like that. Play with it though in second hand position is more of a personal."
