"So the exit strategy for the intermediate fireman are pretty simple all you really want to do is keep flowing that move. You are already going in a circle, so most of the time you try to keep that circle going. So right here I'm going to keep spinning so my back ends up on the back of this pole. You can do a number of things if you want you can keep spinning up against that pole and keep the momentum moving or you can drop down and come back up or you can simply back away from the pole whatever is more comfortable for you and however you are working into your routine. "
