"The momentum and knowing when to let go and the intermediate is more important than when to let go on basic. The basic you pretty much have your feet catch you. This one you don't have your feet to catch you as much. I will demonstrate if you watch my feet while I will do this you would notice my feet do come off the ground right there it is very little, very slight, but it will get you use to pulling your feet up off the ground while you spin around the pole. In basic fireman one foot always remain on the ground. I will do it one more time here is your momentum and there is your feet. "
