"So this is hand placement and approach of the pole or the intermediate fireman. This intermediate fireman gets you ready for the real fireman. This move is a hand placement of this move is more important you are not going to drop it far as you would on the basic fireman. So you need to have a little bit more hand strength and shoulder strength here. As you can see both of my legs came out of the floor that time so you have to trust yourself. Your hand placement is important because if you are not high enough your body will fall down into the pole and like I said before we don't want that so high arm and if you notice I keep my self there, squeeze that hand so that I don't like down the pole. This move we don't want to slide we just want to spin around. "
