"The next part of this move is a part that a lot of people have a problem with. It's allowing your body to actually drop. It's trusting yourself that you will not let your body fall. I promise you that you won't fall. You won't let yourself fall. The biggest thing here is to not pull yourself into the pole. When you spin around the pole when you get to that point where you’re going to let those legs drop out from underneath you, you have to trust yourself. Also don't let yourself fall into the pole. It's a natural reaction to do this. You don't want to do that. Hand, take a step. There's your momentum here there's your drop. Let that drop happen don't be afraid of it. Take a step momentum hand drop. One hand take that swing, that momentum, hand, let your body drop. Very important that you feel that."
