"The second hand placement on this move is very important. It's going to keep your body away from the pole and not tight up against it. You need to really trust yourself when it is time to grab on to that pole. So here's my swing around. I'm going to know when it is to drop. There's my second hand placement before I start to swing that other leg around. One hand take a step right when I am bringing this hand to the pole my outside leg is going out this outside leg creates the momentum to swing me around the pole, okay. I will demonstrate it a few times for you. As you can see that second hand reaches for the pole when my outside leg is going around. There was my momentum and there was my leg on the pole. This is a good way to get used to what it feels like to let your body drop on the pole."
