"Some of this requires a lot of movement and also requires that you trust yourself when the right time is to let yourself go; I like to call it. So let's go back to your hand placement, high arm. Actually not going to put your hand, second hand on that pole until you feel ready. To get your momentum, swing around the pole. Once you feel ready, that second hand is going to come around. Okay. High arm, take a few steps. Get some momentum. You are going to let yourself drop and grab on the other pole with the other hand. I'll do it from the other direction. High arm, take a few steps to get that momentum. Let yourself go and drop. You will know when the time is to let go. You are the only who can know this. You will just feel it. It is one of those things that you will just know when the right time is and let your body drop. "
