"This is the second dismount it is a lot like the first dismount only this time when you come down to the ground you are going to shift where your weight is. So I'm going to put my weight on my hands and that way I can hold my body up off the ground instead of letting your body fall down onto the floor. So right about here I'm going to hook my foot and switch my weight off of my hand this requires a lot of abdominal strength and triceps strength. Once you are here swing your legs, around the pole, one foot the other foot, stand up gracefully. As with a lot of the other moves that I do this require friction against the pole as you can see I have shoes on that have some plastic here it allows me to grip this pole. You can do this barefoot you don't have to do it with shoes on it is possible to do it barefoot. Once again use your creatively on how you can make this more graceful. "
