"This is the first dismount that I found the easiest to be when I first learned this move. What I'm going to do is go up to the pole, lean back and literally slide down the pole. My head is going to hit the ground first, then my back, then my lower back, then I'm going to take my legs, swing them up and over around the pole creating momentum and gracefully come up back the pole. Now as you can see it does pull on your inner thighs and it does pull on your legs, your skin would get use to it I know it sounds horrible but your skin would get use to it. "
