"So this is a second dismount from the handstand it is a lot like the hook foot only this time you are not going to hook your foot. It does require skin against pole and it will make noise and possibility will hurt. But your skin would get use to it so don't be afraid. So this move requires that the pole is in between the fatter part of your legs the legs, the part of the leg that all of us women hate there is a use for it now. So before you actually start to slide you want to be comfortable with where the pole is placed between your legs. I will demonstrate one more time slowly. So before I let go I make sure I have it, have it, let your self go a little bit until a place I feel is comfortable for my legs. If you want to make this a little bit more fun you can bend up your legs a little bit. "
