"This move is called hand stand. Now it starts off the same way as the open V does only this time you are going to catch your legs, pull your body up that pole like a little monkey, you are going to climb upside the pole. So I would break down this move more slowly; so it starts off the same ways as the open V does. Low arm, high arm and you take your tea kettle and get it over your head. Once you are up there what you want to do is hook your foot much like we hook the foot for the open V and hook your left foot to the front side of the pole. The other foot is going to hook around the back, the key here is just to squeeze the pole with your knees. So there is my hook, there is my other leg and I'm squeezing with my knees, this is very important that you have skin against the pole in order to create that friction that would hold you up in the pole in order to be able to let your arms go and you can hang upside down on the pole. Hook, there is other leg, there is squeeze, don't ever ever let go of your other hand until you feel that you have enough pull. Also you would have a little bit of the pole right here again your arm and your chest. Until you feel that you have it with your legs don't let go. Once your hands reach here you are hanging upside down, hands down, how you come out of it is up to you. "
