"The recovery from dismount number 2 is important to learn so that you can recover gracefully from the move. You don't want to just stand up and pop right out. These moves should flow into each other gracefully and evenly. I will demonstrate. So in order to do this you need to be creative with your body move with the move, don't move against it, if you notice when I hit the floor I tuck my legs under and I move around the pole. This way I can create some kind of motion with what I'm doing I will go through it slowly. So as I slide down I'm going to allow my back to hit the floor and then my buttock. Right about here in the top of my legs I'm going to pull them to the side and pull. By doing this I'm creating motion, get up on my toe, get up on my other toe and from here stand up gracefully. "
