"This is a second way to dismount from a open V. It is a little bit easier than the dismount number one. What we are going to do here is allow your body to slide down the pole, it does however takes a little bit of stamina in order to hold your body on that pole. I will demonstrate it. So in this dismount it takes a lot of course strength in order to keep your body where it needs to be. Also as before mentioned, you do have to allow your upper body to fall down a little bit you don't want to try to tuck into the pole, let your body fall back. Low arm, high arm, kick and you are just going to release slightly with your hand as you fall back. Your back should be the first thing to hit the floor, then allow your buttock to hit the floor. "
