"There are number of different ways to do dismount from open V. The hardest one that I think is to let your legs come down in the same manner that they came up. This requires a lot of abdominal strength and a lot of upper body strength in order to keep your body on pole and to stop you from sliding down the pole. I will demonstrate now. So as you see my legs came down the same way that they went up my right leg went up first, my left leg went up second and that is how my legs came down in that manner. This will put a lot of stress on your shoulder and your bicep. Also if you notice when I'm up on the pole the pole strikes me against my ribs so if you have skin against the pole it will help you from sliding down the pole a little bit strong so I can hold myself up without having to use the skin in order to hold me on the pole.
