"This move is the open V, I will demonstrate it now. Best way to do this move is to have a low arm and a high arm. This arm is going to have most of your weight, this arm is going to help you to tip your body upside down. So you are going to get a lot of strength here, a lot of strength here. Take a step with your right foot you need to be able to get this foot head over to your turn. If you think about getting your foot up over on the top of the pole that is the best way to do it. Once you are here you want to open your legs up to a V. It takes a lot of course strength in order to get those legs up. What is going to happen is naturally you are not going to want to let your body fall backwards but you most let your body fall backwards in order to do this move correctly. "
