Video Transcript

"Hi, I would be going over how to do a open V and all the dismount from the open V, a hand stand on the dismount from the hand stand and a backwards handstand and all this the dismounts from that move as well. It is important that you know that in these moves you are completely upside down so it is important that you do not do these moves alone. Also it requires quiet a bit of frictions in order to do these moves so you must keep bare skin so that means no lotion while you do these moves, and also no rings and jewelry to get in the way. Most of these moves require a lot of upper body strength so the muscle group that we would be using in this series will be a lot of your traps, your lags, your triceps, biceps, a lot of course strength in these moves as well.
